I visited Spencer Morgan Jewellers today to have my wedding and engagement rings resized, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had never been to Spencer Morgan before, but from the moment I walked through the door, I felt so welcomed. The atmosphere was incredibly warm and friendly — it genuinely felt like walking into my mum and dad’s house. Everyone was so lovely, polite and attentive, and you could really tell that they genuinely cared about helping and making sure I was happy. Nothing was too much trouble, and the customer service was honestly second to none. It’s so refreshing to come across people who are not only professional but also make you feel completely comfortable and looked after. I bought my wife's engagement ring here in 2010 whilst working near Swansea, as it was recommended by my family, it was a complete surprise proposal so I needed help, the staff were incredible, so much so, 5 years later when we finally managed to book a wedding my wife to be and I travelled back to Wales from Nottingham to get our wedding bands, again the most welcoming and warm experience, Spencer even fixed my wifes engagement ring that we had resized locally as she had lost weight for our wedding, he wasn't happy with a line they had left in the band, and took it in the back to repair, at no cost, of course it was polished and perfect when he returned the ring.I returned last year to get another ring for my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary, again the customer service was amazing, and guidance is offered, for any budget. Unfortunately Spencer wasn't around, but the level of service, quality and attention to every detail is unrivalled. Thank you x
