Yes, we have a workshop on site so nothing is sent away. Your jewellery will remain with us while any repairs are made.
Some repairs we can do within an hour, e.g. cleaning and some resizes. Other repairs may take up to 2 weeks, unless stated otherwise. With some jewellery, sizing down can be done on same day. However, sizing up would need more time, up to 4-6 weeks in some cases, unless stated otherwise. We will contact you by phone when your repair is ready for collection from our store.
We can repair gold watches but only the bracelets or clasps (not the watch mechanisms).
Yes, we can usually rhodium plate within an hour.
It is difficult to give an exact price for your repair without seeing the item first. Please bring them to the shop for a no-obligation quote.
We are currently only able to do valuations on our own jewellery.
Cleaning a ring could take up to an hour. Cleaning platinum and rhodium-plated white gold can be done on the same day, with no need to book an appointment.
If you want a ring repaired in time for Christmas, we would suggest getting in touch with us by mid October to avoid disappointment.
