35 years married and I’ve never had my rings professionally cleaned as I’ve worried they would be sent off and go missing or that I would be without them for a long period of time. Spencer cleans all jewellery on site and cleaned both my engagement and wedding ring, along with some other gold jewellery I had, within a few hours. The service was brilliant, especially from the lovely young assistant who has been hugely helpful to my daughter over the last few weeks. Will be going to Spencer for all my jewellery in future, a lovely family run business that makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in .

A girl who knows nothing about rings…. Where do i start… being a girl who doesn’t wear rings who then said “I DO” and got engaged. I walked the streets of Swansea looking and trying engagement rings on and nothing caught my eye. Well that was until i visited Spencer Morgan’s. They were amazing the quality of my ring is outstanding and people often comment on it where ever i go. I then also purchased both our wedding rind the staff along with Mr Spencer Morgan himself were so helpful and polite. i had a majical experience in your store and will also reccomend you. I’ve just picked up 2 pieces from Spencer Morgan as they were adding a lobster claw to one bracelet and making a solid ball for a torque bracelet. As usual, the work is perfect.

Amazing service. Very helpful and friendly staff. I took my partners wedding ring in to be made bigger and they done it that day about 45 mins and when I went back to pick it up they done an amazing job and it looked brand new. So happy and will definitely go there again

Had my engagement ring repaired and resized a few years ago and the ring my parents bought me 50 years ago resized this week. Spencer is not just an incredible craftsman, he has a beautiful sparkling personality and his pride and passion for his art shows in his work. He also gives good hugs! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly even have tissues for when you have a bit of a happy cry x

What an amazing service, a warm friendly and highly professional Jewellers. My husband bought my engagement ring over 10 years ago in New York, I noticed a few weeks ago that my diamond was not as sparkly as it used to be, on closer investigation we discovered the stone was cracked inside. After going to the big high street Jewellers we where told to try Spencer Morgan, we went to his shop that afternoon. After meeting Spencer and showing him my ring we knew instantly that he was the man to trust with my precious ring, he has a wealth of knowledge and a genuine care for his work and your jewellery and comes across in such a sincere way, this kind of service is rare and hard to find, especially with an item of such strong sentimental value. We left the ring with Spencer and felt total piece of mind. When I went to collect my ring after the stone had been replaced I couldn’t believe it, it looked brand knew, they had strengthened the claws and cleaned it, it looked like it did ten years ago. I am so grateful to spencer and the staff at Spencer Morgan for making the process of having my ring repaired so simple. I highly recommend this business! Thank you Spencer! x

I had my rings resized here and they were amazing. A lovely family atmosphere and very quick. Great service, very helpful and took the time to make sure it was right. Also so nice to not have to get them sent off as done in house. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Thank you so much xx
