I visited Spencer Morgan jewellers in Swansea today because I wanted wedding and eternity rings resized. The service I received was second to none. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Both rings were ready in an hour and just needed a little more alteration which was done while I waited. The wedding ring was highly engraved but Spencer did a fantastic job resizing the the two rings. I received a very personal and attentive service, which has been sadly lost in other shops these days. If you are looking for a good jewellers, then look no further. I highly recommend Spencer Morgan in Oxford Street.

We bought our wedding rings and engagement rings from here, way back in 2004. My wife somehow managed to damage her engagement ring, but managed to find the diamond. We called Spencer Morgan, superb service over the phone, asked if we could make an appointment to have it looked at. They said, come down anytime. Got there, got served straight away. The service was amazing, the people were fantastic. I cannot rate this place highly enough. If you are looking to buy any Jewellery, have any repairs done, just go HERE… YOU WON’T FIND BETTER…

We bought the most beautiful engagement ring from Spencer Morgan Jewellers and highly recommend shopping there! The staff and Spencer himself made us feel extremely relaxed and welcome and their knowledge/ tips about the jewellery was extremely helpful. I did not expect to walk out with my ring the same day but they changed the size there and then so I was able to take my ring home that day! I purchased my wedding ring and engagement ring from Spencer 20 years ago and received the same welcome and high standards then as now! I have had my rings both enlarged recently and the service and standard of work is exceptional! they look beautiful! Thankyou! My very old battered ring – worn by my great grandmother, my grandmother and my mother was regarded as a write-off.
